Review system designs and Statements of Work (SOWs) for project preparation. Program system components, particularly Q-SYS and IP products, as part of the installation setup. Configure rack enclosures, cable management, and equipment as per system design at MediaNet AV's office. Assist with cable scheduling, planning, and on-site installation tasks to ensure project accuracy. Q-SYS Design and Integration Develop and review Q-SYS system designs, ensuring each component is well-integrated within the overall system. Design & Review Thoroughly review system designs for functionality and accuracy, preparing documentation and configurations based on design analyses. Schematics & Cable Scheduling Create detailed project schematics and cable schedules to document cable paths and connections accurately. Training Provide comprehensive system training to clients, including detailed checklists and troubleshooting resources for ease of use. Offer hands-on training and on-site assistance as needed. Customer Support Respond to client inquiries via phone within the same day if possible and to emails within 24 hours. Provide support on complex service calls to assist support technicians as needed. Post-Installation Duties Finalize schematics and cable schedules post-installation, delivering complete documentation to the client. Personal and Professional Growth Set monthly and yearly personal development goals to continually improve technical skills and customer service capabilities. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Project Manager.Qualifications: Strong technical skills with experience in AV installations, including Q-SYS systems and cable management.
