Our Installation Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our installations/services. They would be responsible for ensuring customer projects are executed timely and accurately.
Core Role Responsibilities
Verifies contract details post-sale
Prepares initial labor and materials sheets to request project quote; prepares final sheets for installation crews
Manages timeliness and accuracy of vendor quotes; approves final quotes
Prepares pre-installation inspection forms; researches and resolves inspection delays
Determines necessity of ancillary project expenses
Ensure gross profit levels are maintained
Ensure reconciliations are done timely
Ensures accuracy of reported Installer compensation
Collects payments as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED
2+ year of similar administrative support experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM (Customer Record Management) experience a plus
Customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environment
Home Improvement/Home Services experience a plus

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Installation & Construction Coordinator. This position requires an experienced professional with Construction/Installation project management skills. The ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination


Responsibilities:

  • Successfully deliver large, design-build, and self-performed construction/installation projects
  • Manage critical capex projects working cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders, interfacing with end users, construction engineering, facilities engineering, and manufacturing engineering while ensuring your projects are under schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of industrial installation, including civil, mechanical, electrical
  • Coordinate and supervise all Body Shop equipment-installation activities
  • Assist Maintenance and other groups as needed with an ability to problem solve and create innovative solutions with limited tools & resources


Requirements:

  • Trades Certification and Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Technology Construction/installation Management or related Trades fields
  • Ideally 7-10 years of experience in Industrial Body Shop construction/installation projects
  • Extensive experience in dealing with General Contractors and Vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Advanced knowledge and proven delivery of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, electrical, life safety, and controls scopes

  • Familiar with Bluebeam, and Construction/installation Cost/Data Analysis

Pay range is $35 - $42/hr depending on experience
