Maintenance Technician, Level 2 - First Shift Company: Nature Pure - A Family-Owned Organic Egg Farm Join our dedicated maintenance team at Nature Pure, a family-owned and operated organic egg farm. We're seeking a First-Shift Maintenance Technician, Level 2 with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, and equipment maintenance and repair. Person(s) must be able to work independently and manage their time effectively. Technician will perform a variety of simple to semi-advanced to advanced tasks in the maintenance of a feed mill, offices, poultry houses, processing equipment, vehicles, and general grounds keeping. Technician will need to travel between farms and have a full depth knowledge of all equipment. This position is a fully hands on position with minimal office work, mostly in regards to updating PM program or departmental meetings. Occasional leadership and training of others will be required.
