About the role
This opening is for a Field Service Engineer position in the Field Service Group. This role will be responsible for providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation as well as performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repairs of complex equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Able to perform installation, calibration, repairing and maintenance of equipment at customer site, troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemblies, and subassemblies from using block diagrams
Develop strong customer relationships at multiple levels in the customer organization.
Manage customer's expectations
Manage day-to-day service activities at assigned customer sites
Work with end users to schedule work tasks as required
Report and track activities including installations and equipment issues
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as necessary
Compiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis, and statements
Interfacing with customer on technical matters
Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a strategic perspective for business results.
Process experience desired to be able to run and perform basic process troubleshooting
Drives key projects to improve equipment performance
Travel as needed to support customers

Requirements:
5+ years experience in a field service engineering role dealing directly with customers preferably in semiconductor industry
Associates degree in electronics or equivalent experience in the electronics field

Our Graphics Field Installation Team is looking for a field installation person that will install vinyl on trailers / box trucks / or other units. This individual will be part of a 3 to 4 person field team that works diligently to complete units with Kwik Zip frames and canvas branding on the exterior of the unit as well as vinyl branding on the front and rear of the unit. The position requires field work where, on a rotating schedule of two weeks in the field then two weeks in the shop; meaning, your on the road two weeks (M-F, and typically home every weekend.), and then in the shop the next two weeks. The two weeks field work involves overnight stays away several days at a time. At times, the rotation time may be a bit more or a bit less, based on customer service order requirements. All expenses are paid by the company when the team travels. Each member receives a meal stipend before leaving and hotel/motel accommodations are paid in advance by the company. You are not expected to share a room. All travel is done as a team in a compay service van. No one is allowed to use their own vehicle when traveling.
Education and Experience:

Be able to pull banners on Kwik Zip rails without damaging the material.
Must use the schematic provided during the application process.
Be able to layout decals using roller or edge board, removing all air and water bubbles behind the decal.
Visually inspects final install to verify a quality install - bubble and wrinkle free, to spec. and centered.
Be able to cut decals out from sheet with scissors or safety blades without damaging the materials or self.
Continually perform housekeeping of work area, removing and properly disposing of all trash.
Adhere to all customer and safety processes and procedures by wearing all required PPE at each job site.
Work in the graphic shop when no field installs are scheduled.
Summary
The Graphics Field Installer is primarily responsible for installation of rail systems and banners for our Kwik Zip systems, and vinyl branding application on the front and rear of each customer unit. They must be willing to be away from home several days a week during their two week rotation, and on off weeks willing to perform fleet vehicle vinyl wrap installs in the shop or locally in the field. The field installer will travel on the road 65% to 75% of their work year to customer sites within the Oregon and Washington regions, and on occasion, travel may involve leaving or being away over the weekend.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $31.32/Hr. - USD $39.15/Hr., depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay is based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the employee.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Primary Responsibilities:
Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Experience:

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

$16.50 - $26.45
