Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, load-bank test, and conduct start-ups on generators.
Prepare accurate repair quotes and complete work orders promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, load-bank test, and conduct start-ups on generators.
Prepare accurate repair quotes and complete work orders efficiently.
Perform major engine repairs and overhauls with high attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.
Maintain a comprehensive toolset, including a multi-meter and hand tools.
Uphold safety standards, including obtaining an OSHA 10 certification if not already certified.
Hold a valid DOT Card (or be willing to obtain one) and a valid driver's license.
Sign-On Bonus & Housing Stipend Requirements:
Current EGSA Journeyman Certification or score over 90% on the KPS technician assessment exam.
Reside within a 60-minute commute of mid-town Manhattan.
