Key Accountabilities Technical Support & Advanced Troubleshooting (25%) Serve as the secondary technical escalation point, assisting OEM initial technicians in diagnosing complex fuel cell module issues. Use diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and system logs from the Computer-Aided Maintenance (CAM) system to pinpoint root causes. Analyze electrical, thermal, and mechanical failures, including hydrogen flow issues, fuel cell degradation, and balance-of-plant (BOP) component malfunctions. Desired Skills and Experience We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional technical service and support to our clients in industrial environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, a deep understanding of CNC equipment, and the ability to work independently at customer sites. Your work will directly contribute to the optimal performance of our customers' operations. Specific field service work around Machining - including NC, PLC, and potentially CNC service technician work is preferred!
