Qualifications/Competencies Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, or equivalent HMI software.
