Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead and execute multiple financial systems workstreams.
Partner with engineers, BSAs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with milestones and UAT readiness.
Partner with overseas development center to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Serve as the PMO to the Group Product Leader -attending key meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining deliverables.
Interface with the business counterparts for dependencies, risks and impact
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate risks, issues, deliverables, and achievements to leadership.
Translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure timely execution.
Project Governance & Tracking
Maintain and update project plans based on meeting outcomes.
Document signoffs and decisions proactively.
Monitor project health using RAG status (Red, Amber, Green) and escalate as needed.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Lead testing efforts across financial modules.
Ensure proper configurations, testing and integrations are happening
Create and manage detailed test cases and UAT scenarios.
Reporting & Dashboards
Build and maintain JIRA dashboards for visibility into testing, progress, and blockers.
Provide ad hoc reporting and insights to leadership.
Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years in program/project management, preferably in financial systems transformation.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle Financial Systems; familiarity with tools like Aravo and 3PRM is a plus.
Skills:

Under general supervision, performs journey level cable repair and troubleshooting tasks relative to installation and maintenance of communication, data exchange, monitoring, and alarm systems owned or subscribed to by the City and County of San Francisco.

The essential functions of this position include:
Installs, arranges, splices, terminates and tests data and telecommunication cables, including copper and/or fiber optics cables.
Troubleshoots copper cable and fiber optic installations using copper analyzing equipment, optical time domain reflectometers (OTDRs), power meters and light sources, and other diagnostic tools, equipment and procedures.
Locates and repairs cable faults; installs underground cable; performs cable sizing, gauging, splicing, terminating and closing; uses proper confined space entry procedures in underground vaults.
Installs, arranges, disconnects and troubleshoots telephone facilities and services subscribed to or owned by the City and County of San Francisco; utilizes field testing equipment to test and troubleshoot analog and digital services.
Performs installations, testing, and acceptance of voice and data grade circuits on both copper and fiber optic cabling.
Performs software administration on telephone switches and various telecommunication systems, including public safety systems; installs horizontal telephone and voice data station wiring.
Maintains and updates database of installation and repair work, service requests and work orders; maintains database of parts and components inventory.
Provides technical expertise and information to engineering staff and outside wiring contractors as needed.
Estimates cost of voice and data installations; maintains records of materials ordered.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1.Specialty A: Four years experience working in the telecommunications industry as a Cable Splicer, which includes two years experience installing, arranging, splicing, terminating and testing copper cabling and two years experience installing, arranging, splicing, terminating and testing fiber optics cabling;
OR
Specialty B: Four years experience working in the telecommunications industry as a Technician, Installer, Central Office Technician, Wireless Technician or Private Branch Exchange Technician;
AND
2. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE: possession of a current valid Driver License.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Performance of essential duties require: considerable physical effort and dexterity in the use of fingers, limbs and body; excellent visual acuity; exposure to inclement weather and working conditions that are somewhat disagreeable in underground locations; the use of ladders and aerial lift bucket; and lifting of up to 50 pounds of equipment. POSITION SUMMARY
As an Automotive Service Technician for Big O Tires, you will perform service and installation activities associated with store products and services in an accurate and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide fast and friendly customer service
Promote sales through explaining benefits of service and products to customers
Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customers
Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention
Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
Competent in diagnosing drivability and electrical failures on most makes and models

Unload transport trucks and warehouse tires and inspect disposed tires for adjustment

Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment, emphasizing air-cooled chiller performance and efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices for data center cooling.
Safety:
Complete Hazard Assessments related to HVAC operations and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Identify and propose solutions for potential safety hazards, particularly those related to HVAC systems.
