What You'll Do
Provide an exceptional experience through efficient and accurate service and effective communication
Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential equipment including traditional forced-air systems, steam, and hot water-based systems, oil, high velocity, ductless and more
Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to balance and solve traditional airflow, fuel, refrigerant and electrical challenges presented in residential equipment
Maintain required truck inventory necessary to complete all flat-rate repairs
Educate and inform customers of improvements to the comfort, efficiency, or safety of their homes
Assist in the development of junior service technicians
Follow all AHHS systems and administrative details as they relate to the service department
What you need to succeed:
3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
Proficient in all aspects of HVAC function
Must have valid driver's license

What you will do
Service and troubleshoot wet/dry/ pre-action systems, fire pump-based fire sprinkler systems, and backflows, including repair and internal inspections of systems.
Follow verbal and written instructions, and read and understand complex construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
Carry/move equipment and tools weighing up to 60 pounds. Perform work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet or more.

As an Electrical Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing electrical startup, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution equipment rated 208V through 38KV at our customers' facilities.
This position requires a working knowledge of electrical distribution equipment from all manufacturers (Square D, GE, Siemens, Eaton, ABB, etc.), and familiarity with electrical power distribution systems. You must have at least five years of field electrical experience working for an electrical equipment OEM, NETA testing company, or similar experience. Experience terminating and splicing medium voltage cable is a plus.

Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service delivery professionals, including business analytics teams and technology specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within corporate real estate, facilities management, or a related industry.
Proven experience in developing and managing technology platforms, BI solutions, and program management functions.
Strong knowledge of real estate management software, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate real estate.
Expertise in data analytics, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and dashboard development.
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies in real estate or facilities management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.

Climb and use ladders on poles for accessing aerial fiber plant
Perform aerial construction activities such as installing aerial fiber and fiber storage (snow shoes)
Perform underground construction activities, including but not limited to, pulling new cable/fiber through short conduits, opening underground vaults or pedestals making minor repairs if required.
Complete production reports
Dig holes, work with hand tools, restore landscaping
Lay fiber innerduct and pull fiber through existing ducts
Operate heavy equipment and excavation truck
Operate pipe and cable locators and mark underground utilities
Measure and record installed quantities of fiber
Assist on overall job including all tasks required to build and install a site per customer specifications
