A positive, team-oriented work environment with long-term stability Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (that increases with tenure) and 6 paid holidays Retirement plan with company match Company vehicle provided Yearly tool allowance provided What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, VRF, boilers, VAVs, and controls Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and electronic control systems Perform system startups, testing, and performance checks Install commercial HVAC equipment and components as needed Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience Strong working knowledge of refrigeration, electrical systems, schematics, and controls EPA Universal Certification required, and NATE certifications are a plus Ability to read blueprints and diagnose complex system issues Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
