What you will do:
This skilled position involves installing, programming, troubleshooting, configuring, commissioning, and servicing Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control and CCTV Systems as well as other related building system products at customer sites. Including panel repair/reprogram, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles and system testing. Will be required to participate in after-hours service program.

We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!---What You'll Do:
Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems on commercial equipment
Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
Provide an excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines
---What You Need to Apply:
2+ years of experience servicing HVAC/R systems or in a related industry
EPA Level 2 minimum
Strong Knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems is encouraged
Driving record must align with our safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
Must be 18 years of age

The function of this position is to:
Replace, modify, and/or install warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical to meet or exceed the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes.
Be able to startup installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification.
Be able to troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise during an installation that would keep the equipment from functioning properly.
Communicate with the consumer regarding the proper operation and owner's maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the homeowner.
Perform required documentation for each installation with a complete startup record. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed.

Continuously improve knowledge of construction in general, and learn how DiBiase Heating and Cooling operates to benefit the customer.
Establish goals and objectives as they relate to your position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.
Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction with follow up on all installations.
Ask and obtain customer referrals and web recommendations
Build and practice superior interpersonal skills.
Be able to accurately list/order materials and supplies for use on the job.
Be able to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.
Efficiently manage his/her time and schedules.
Be able to work with an ipad and phone for job finalizations.
Be capable of understanding client needs. Continuously learn through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
