Under the general technical supervision, the EEG Technologist II independently performs electroencephalography (EEG), long-term monitoring for Epilepsy (LTME), continuous EEG monitoring (cEEG) and ambulatory monitoring. Provides findings and a descriptive analysis according to department procedures.
Works with neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations on inpatient units and in the outpatient laboratory. May also perform Evoked Potentials (EP) or intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) as appropriate based on competence. Requires ability to work at all Legacy hospitals, float between sites during shift and to take night, weekend and holiday call as scheduled.
Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate and graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program, or an Associate's degree or higher with an emphasis on physical or biological science from an accredited college or university or equivalent training.
Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in performing electroencephalography in a clinical setting or through an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program required.
Skills: Strong communication skills and working proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.
Licensure:
Licensure/Certification: AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers. R.EEG T. credential by the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists, Inc. (ABRET).

* Perform inspections and testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure code compliance
* Troubleshoot issues with fire alarm circuits, devices, panels, and network-based systems
* Collaborate with construction teams to support proper installation and system integration
* Utilize hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment to build, repair, and modify system components
* Maintain accurate documentation for inspections, installations, programming, and regulatory compliance
* Train clients on fire alarm system operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
* Assist sales teams with technical insights related to fire alarm upgrades or new installations
* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
What You Bring
* Limited Energy/Low Voltage license in both Oregon and Washington
* NICET II certification in Fire Alarm Systems
* Ability to install, connect, and program radio and cellular communicators
* Experience with IP network-based systems and PC-based programming tools
* Strong customer-service skills and professional communication
* Ability to work to precise specifications, codes, and standards of accuracy
* Valid driver's license and dependable, punctual work habits
Maybe You Have
* Experience leading fire alarm installation or inspection projects
* Familiarity with multiple fire alarm manufacturers and platforms
* Additional NICET certifications or electrical safety credentials
