Qualifications
5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing all automotive systems
Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.
Strong working knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression
Must be able to remain productive, with a great sense of urgency
Must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments

Perform wire/connector repair and/or replacement
Program vehicles with factory or non-factory software
Perform all level 1, 2, and 3 calibrations (Static & Dynamic)
Diagnose, correct, and verify all customer vehicle concerns
Explain and properly communicate diagnosis both verbally and written formats
A safe driving record and a valid Driver's License required
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

What does a day in the life look like?

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.
Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.
Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.
Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order (tools are provided).
Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.
Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.
Maintain safety standards at all time.
Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

Utilize trapping and relocation techniques to safely remove wildlife from properties.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
Provide detailed reports and review completed scope of work with customers.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any ongoing concerns.
Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Valid driver's license.
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
Ability to work in the field independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using several types of software and applications; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
What does the work environment look like?
We go where the wildlife goes! Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to drive to various locations, often covering large territories.
Frequent walking, standing, and moving through diverse types of terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and sometimes slippery or muddy areas.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, etc.).
Must have the ability to climb stairs and ladders safely.
Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently.
Capability to carry and use equipment necessary for inspections and minor control measures (Traps, ladders, inspection tools, etc).
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Clear verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
