    General Description Will be responsible for performing HVAC equipment preventive maintenance, including troubleshooting & diagnostics, equipment & systems operation log and reports, with minimum supervision, on customers' sites within Puerto Rico and the USVI. Specific Description * Preventive Maintenance of industrial and commercial HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical and control maintenance works associated with it. * Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. * Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools. * Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. * Capacity to drive to customers' sites all over PR and mobility to travel to customers sites in the USVI. * Diagnostic & Corrective Repair of industrial and commercial HVAC equipment, including electrical, mechanical and control works associated with it. * Evaluation and report of HVAC equipment and systems operation performance. * Keeps tools, equipment and personal protection items in excellent conditions by using them correctly and providing proper maintenance according to the fabricant. * Work with compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge valves, temperature, humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related HVAC components to have equipment operating in excellent conditions. * Documentation of every step of the procedures worked out in the execution of repairs, maintenance and / or occasional retrofit installations. Compliance with EH&S, OSHA and EPA rules & regulations applicable in the HVAC Service business and compliance with the company policies. Education: High School Diploma Minimum: Refrigeration Technical Course Experience (Similar position): 2 years minimum Languages: Fluent in Spanish.     Installation technician job in Juncos, PR

    Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and\/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting semi and fully automated systems including test, assembly, and other process equipment. Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Team experience. Basic knowledge of pneumatics and electro\-pneumatics, instrumentation, laser, vision system, electric motors, and electricity principles. Basic knowledge of computer repair\/programming. Associate degree Completed.
