Focus on assignment completion to ensure customer satisfaction and timely invoicing. Ability to assist dispatcher with prioritizing. Maintain professional quality information files for reference with supervisor on payroll, billing, projects, etc. Communicate all project opportunities to service manager and projects sales representative. Communicate and reschedule all incomplete work with PRM dispatcher. Communicate situational information appropriate customer contact. Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience Must have at least (2) years of relevant Plumbing field experience. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have and provide a clean DMV report covering the past (3) years. Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements. Authorized to work in the United States. Must be capable of effectively speaking and writing in the English language. Knowledge of plumbing codes Capable of working alone or on a team. Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues. Plumbing Trade school or college courses a plus. Must understand the fundamentals of plumbing sewer systems, water heaters, sump pumps, recirc pumps, thermal expansion tanks, backflow prevention, soldering, hydro-jetter and drain machine operation, etc. Must understand electrical troubleshooting.
