Travels 75% of the time across United States to customer sites troubleshooting existing products for Electrical and Mechanical failures of relays, PCBs and Refrigeration units
Calibrates Stability chambers in laboratory and production environments
Performs critical Preventive Maintenance on chambers and identifies potential problems
Assists in house engineering to overcome failures found in the field
Execute Calibrations and Preventive Maintenance per company SOP's
Maintains cleanliness of worksite while servicing stability chambers
Completes job and documentation legibly in a timely manner
Assists in Quality Control as needed
Assists in site visits and repairs of chambers as necessary
Job Requirements
Broad knowledge and experience in refrigeration, electrical assemblies, and Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
Above average skills in: Customer communication, Documentation, Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to: Communicate effectively with other employees, Use of hand tools, multimeters, and safety equipment
Above average attention to detail and ability to note/ recall details from previous jobs
Ability to travel 75% of the time
