Summary of Essential Duties:
Performs EKGs correctly and with no errors
Enters all patient data accurately into EKG machines and computer system
Prepares procedure/ exam room and equipment for procedures
Explains test procedure to patient. Prepares patient for procedure and monitors vital signs
Prepares patient in hook-up of event monitors and receives telemetry data by phone
Independently performs late potentials
Hook-up holter monitor and scans holter data for physician's interpretation
Hook up and perform T-wave alternans exercise procedure
Connect and download blood pressure monitoring equipment
Cleans, tests and maintains equipment
Responds to requests in a timely manner, establishing appropriate priorities for STAT requests
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technician program preferred
License/Certifications:
BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
Certification as a Cardiovascular Technician required or willing to obtain within 3 months from start date
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of Cardiovascular Tech experience in a Medical Center setting required

Position Overview-
The Ambassador-Field Service Technician will report directly to the Regional Service Manager and will perform exchanges, maintenance and software updates to Health Monitor Network's Digital Exam-Room Wallboards and TVs. Services are performed using Health Monitor's approved methods and workmanship standards. Position will require travel and the ability to work independently.
This position will require up to 40 hours per week of travel to and supporting our clients in the field (health systems, large physician groups and smaller health practices).
Essential Job Functions:
Outstanding Customer Service - Provides both soft and technical skills. Able to execute service with swiftness and precision.
Troubleshoots Health Monitor screens, WIFI continuity/connectivity and SD Card Swaps. Ambassador will escalate complicated service matters to operations and other team members as appropriate (on the job training provided).
Exchange Digital Wallboards, including cable raceway
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations
Remove, package, and return equipment as needed through a predefined RMA process
Ability to multi-task and effectively collaborate with resources within Network Operations to quickly resolve all user issues
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up/hold weight up to 15 pounds
Submit detailed deliverables through field service management app
Communicates effectively with office managers at doctor's practices and to internal teams at Health Monitor. Contact physician offices to schedule appointments.
Increases value-add by inquiring/noticing if there are opportunities for additional offices and/or exam rooms that can use Health Monitor screens and services. Brings in network sales rep to facilitate upgrades.
Referral gathering - Inquire about other physicians or professional networks who can be referred to Health Monitor. Identify and gather physician business cards.
Obtain physician/office manager testimonials, references, and surveys.
Works with Regional Ambassador Manager to provide 100% customer satisfaction to clients and ensure functionality of monitors.
Daily travel within assigned territory will be required.

Possesses superior interpersonal skills to interface with Physician Offices
Presents professional image in conduct, attitude and appearance

Ensure proper labeling and tracking of equipment and circuit paths.
Customer Service and Support

Provide remote hands support and assist with customer cage and cabinet build-outs.
Manage building service requests and escalate incidents as needed.
Process Improvement and Compliance
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain detailed logs, reports, and documentation for all activities, incidents, and maintenance tasks.
Emergency Response

Technical Expertise

Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION:

Technical theatre education will be the closest thing, but so would any education in audio, lighting, electronics, rigging, welding, carpentry, design, 3D modeling software. Lift Experience:
