Role and Responsibilities
An Installer's main role is to assure the quality of the product and on time performance of the installation to ensure we “Get the Check”. Client interaction is key, from reviewing what will happen during closet preparation and installation, to walking them through the finished area, collecting the final payment, and having them fill out the Client portion of the Installer’s report.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Possess a positive attitude
- Possess strong math skills, ability to read a tape measure and shop drawings.
- Eliminate callbacks through proper analysis, critical thinking, and accurate installation.
- Utilize all resources such as office personnel, supervisor, and other installers, to accomplish efficient and effective results.
- Manage tools and keep them in good working order, and in an orderly fashion to be efficient.
- Maintain company equipment as needed.
- Maintain a neat appearance, professional demeanor and attitude, and good written and oral communication skills.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
- Capable of receiving and following instructions and communicating with co-workers in an honest and trustworthy manner.

Job Responsibilities
+ Work on construction sites to help and support HVAC technicians that are installing the systems.
+ Move tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
+ Assist the installers in basic installation support and learn the basic install techniques.
+ Complete ad-hoc duties as assigned by management & foreman.
+ Participate in safety and planning meetings.
Required Skills & Experience
+ Some construction, HVAC or sheet-metal experience is required.
+ Must be able to work on a construction site with early start hours (usually around 6am)
