What You'll Be Doing
Installation & Setup
Install outdoor living products including outdoor cabinetry, outdoor appliances, firepits, heaters, and sunshades.
Load, inspect, and transport materials and tools to job sites
Carry, move, and set up products safely using proper equipment
Install products according to manufacturer and Rio Grande Co. standards
Verify functionality and aesthetics (clean, finish, and test equipment before sign-off)
Project Management & Coordination
Act as the on-site project manager for Rio Grande-overseeing workflow and ensuring jobsite efficiency and safety.
Manage project schedules, timelines, and priorities to ensure installations are completed on time
Coordinate with sales, service, and customer for smooth project execution.
Review plans and installation instructions to confirm job readiness.
Track progress, resolve issues on-site, and effectively communicate updates.
Service & Troubleshooting
Assist with follow-up service needs (part replacements, adjustments, warranty items)
Troubleshoot technical issues and support emergency field calls when needed
Provide guidance on service procedures and installation requirements
Customer & Team Interaction
Communicate clearly with job site supervisors, builders, and customers
Build strong relationships with the Outdoor Living sales and service teams
Complete required paperwork, documentation, and photo reports at each job site
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience installing outdoor living products, or related trades (HVAC, carpentry, or plumbing background a plus)
Experience with project management, including scheduling, coordinating trades, and managing jobsite timelines
Comfortable with heights and ladders up to 40+ feet
Ability to lift up to 125 lbs safely
Skilled with hand tools and power tools
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company vehicle policy requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills

Your Mission:
Perform the installation and removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Operate and oversee heavy equipment, including excavators, backhoes, and compactors during site preparation and tank handling.
Ensure proper installation of associated piping, venting, spill containment, leak detection, and monitoring systems.
Conduct or assist with tank tightness testing, line testing, and verification of installation integrity.
Collect and document soil samples and site conditions during removals for environmental assessment and compliance reporting.
Follow approved work plans, blueprints, and site drawings, adjusting in the field when necessary in coordination with project managers.
Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state-specific UST regulations, including safe work practices in hazardous environments.
Complete accurate and timely project documentation, including daily reports, manifests, and regulatory forms.
Communicate effectively with field crews, supervisors, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to coordinate safe and timely project completion.
Participate in site safety meetings, follow job hazard analysis procedures, and adhere to all PPE and confined space entry protocols.
What You Bring to the Table:
2 5+ years of hands-on experience in UST installation, removal, or petroleum construction, including familiarity with tank system components.
Proven ability to safely operate excavation and trenching equipment on active job sites.
Experience installing or removing fiberglass and steel tanks, piping systems, sumps, dispensers, and monitoring systems (e.g., Veeder-Root).
Knowledge of federal and state UST regulations, including permitting, closure requirements, and environmental sampling procedures.
Completion of applicable certifications such as: 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER, Confined Space Entry, State UST Installer/Remover Licenses (as required)
Skilled in reading site plans and interpreting construction documents, including as-builts and utility locates.
Demonstrated reliability in maintaining accurate field records, coordinating with environmental professionals, and supporting compliance reporting.
Strong safety track record with adherence to site-specific health & safety plans, excavation safety standards, and spill prevention procedures.
Known for being team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable, with the ability to work long hours and travel to regional job sites.

SUMMARY: The Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. • Physically place, remove, or modify working and non-working equipment including the following:
o Cable trays and/or racking
o Data equipment cabinets and frames, data servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, firewalls

• Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route the cables that supply AC and/or DC power or transmit data in various technical spaces.
• Conduct testing and document performance characteristics of hardware and software; determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system.
• Perform test and turn-up along as well as other integration activities.
• Resolve equipment and technical issues as they arise.
• Read, analyze, and interpret detailed specifications and drawings, blueprints, schematics, and method of procedures (MOPs)
• Perform quality validation on in-process and completed work.
• Complete operations paperwork (e.g., expense reports, timesheets, job documentation, etc.) including daily job status reports as requested.

Job Responsibilities:
Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related equipment.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job plans to determine installation procedures and material requirements.
Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
Test installed systems for leaks, proper functionality, and overall performance.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers' homes and company vehicles.
Collaborate with dispatchers, sales, and team members to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.
Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper PPE and tools for each task.
Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all time.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman's, Masters.
Valid Colorado Driver's License and clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and replace plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage, fixtures, and equipment.
Work on new construction sites, ensuring all plumbing installations meet project specifications and local codes.
Perform service-related installations, including system replacements and retrofits.
Collaborate with builders, homeowners, and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
Journeyman plumber license (preferred) or significant hands-on experience in plumbing installations.
Strong background in both service plumbing and new construction plumbing.
Familiarity with plumbing codes, safety guidelines, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Physical ability to lift materials, work in tight spaces, and handle job-site conditions.
