Re-Bath is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company. We need an Installer with excellent communication skills, experience, attention to detail, and savvy to handle bathroom remodeling tasks including carpentry, customer service, jobsite management, among others.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be able to work in a jobsite setting, be self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn't afraid to work really hard with minimal direction and to take initiative to improve processes. Remodeling or construction trades experience is required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Have fundamental knowledge of fibrous duct installations.
Be willing to help solve installation problems.
Document approximately 4,000 hours of employment.

APPRENTICE 3 (24-36 months)
All Apprentice 1 and 2 responsibilities and:
Do all types of small jobs alone with supervision including add on air conditioning, furnace change-outs, humidifiers, air cleaners.
Can install all types of normal residential, commercial, industrial HVAC systems with supervision. Able to impart trade knowledge to and lead a helper.
Can coordinate work with customer and other trades.
Can install outside metal.
Can weld light gauge sheet and lightweight angle iron frames.
Can complete jobs successfully in terms of labor and material budgets.
Can document approximately 6,000 hours of employment.

APPRENTICE 4 (36-48 months)
All Apprentice 1, 2 and 3 responsibilities plus:
Application for certification at local jurisdictions as required.
Know fundamental design and can successfully complete all jobs as per MTech Mechanical standards.
Can document 8,000 hours of employment.
Support the total quality effort. Identify and respond to the needs of internal and external customers 100% of the time.
Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policy.
Upon graduation, obtain Denver Journeyman Heating and Ventilating Certificate.

Essential Functions
SUMMARY: The Field Assembly and Installation team will be responsible for installing, maintaining, assembling and repairing industrial power systems enclosures & components in various settings such as manufacturing plants, power stations and construction sites. This position will ensure that systems are assembled correctly, troubleshoot and diagnose any potential issues while working with other professionals such as engineers, electricians and construction site management teams. Position is required to follow all safety, industry, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for all onsite assembly, installation, diagnostics, testing, troubleshooting, fitting, repair, maintenance and installation of parts, fuel and/or exhaust systems and will be required to have an intermediate working knowledge of electrical schematics and wiring practices.
Perform preventative maintenance as needed, a keen eye for manufacturing imperfections is key with the ability to take corrective action as needed.
