LEAD ROOFTOP INSTALLER COMMERCIAL (NOT RESIDENTIAL) SOLAR EXPERIENCE A MUST! Conduct thorough testing and ground measurement post installation and make any needed adjustments to ensure proper functionality. Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and/or contractors and enforces safety regulations. Analyze and resolve job site conflicts including, but not limited to, employee complaints and/or grievances. Collaborate and assist Project Managers with site inspections, permitting, as well as establishing per site budgets. Ensure proper panel positioning and alignment for optimal energy production. Responsible for accurate labeling, installing, and terminating electrical wiring and/or connections. The installer interacts with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service. Work assignments are received from the call center or Customer Service Managers (CSM's.)
