Position Specifics
Vigor Marine CM San Diego is currently seeking a Sheetmetal Installer 4 to help support our operations. The Sheetmetal Installer 4 is responsible for accomplishing removals, modifications, and installation of all applicable components for Sheetmetal trade utilizing job specifications and blueprints.
Minimum Requirements
Demonstrated skills in adding, subtracting, multiplications, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Demonstrate clear comprehension using math to calculate air flow volume (CFM) and balancing of ventilation systems
Strong background in math and drafting
Ability to read/interpret government specs and naval ship blueprints
Overall knowledge of Sheetmetal trade and ability to understand ship and shop work
Demonstrated knowledge of math and flat pattern layouts
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required
Must be able to work any shift
US Citizenship is required
The ability to obtain a DBIDS credential is required

SUMMARY
The Telecommunications Equipment Installer IV - Lead is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. This includes fiber, transport equipment and all critical infrastructures within a central office. As a Bathroom Installer, you'll handle a variety of tasks to transform bathrooms from start to finish:
