Job Overview
The Fountain Installer is responsible for professionally delivering, installing, moving, removing, and, or providing low-priority maintenance on fountains and other types of beverage dispensing equipment to the customers' satisfaction, safely and efficiently per company standards. This position is also responsible for providing great customer service and communication to Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC), Coca-Cola North America (CCNA), and Equipment Reutilization Solutions (ERS) internal and external customers with the ability to sell revenue-generating service through the Coca-Cola Consolidated Equipment Reutilization Solutions (CCC ERS) proposition.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Handles the replacement, installation, removal, and low priority maintenance of fountain and other types of beverage dispensing equipment at customer locations safely and efficiently while meeting the customers' satisfaction and adhering to Company standards
* Drives safely following all motor vehicle laws without distraction and maintain a safe working environment by completing all assigned safety training activities and adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to conducting Department of Transportation (DOT) daily pre-trip and daily post-trip inspections of vehicle, if required
* Administers the assembly of fountain equipment on customer locations by loading and unloading fountain equipment using a forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks; removing packaging materials and equipment pods using cordless impact driver, sockets, and wrenches; verifying that the asset numbers being loaded are those assigned for the day
* Properly operates handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, and movement records, including parts inventory accountability
* Troubleshoots and resolves minor technical issues for equipment that is not functioning properly at the time of delivery. If unresolved, a service call is placed
* Completes all required training, and maintains updates and documents related to all fountain equipment
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds
* Moves large pieces of equipment
* Drive and ride for long periods
* Operates vehicle, hand trucks, fountain lifts, ladders, electrical and cordless drills and saws, and electronic devices
* Works on ladders, under counters, and inside cabinets, in uncontrolled temperatures on many types of jobs
* Night work is a requirement and is typically rotated amongst team members
* General knowledge or ability to learn some electrical and plumbing skills
* Must be organized and have the ability to work on a team to accomplish large install jobs
* Past installation experience is a plus

General Description:
Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc, a Marsden Holding Company, is a Non-Union Mechanical Contractor seeking experienced commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installers with proven experience in large-scale commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing HVAC duct systems, equipment, and related components according to drawings, specifications, and industry standards. You will work as part of a commercial HVAC installation team to ensure high-quality workmanship, jobsite safety, and on-time project completion.
Under the supervision of a Field Foreman, the HVAC Sheet Metal Installers is responsible for the prepping for, and installation of prefabricated commercial HVAC ductwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Install commercial HVAC ductwork, including rectangular, spiral, round, and specialty metal systems.
Fabricate sheet metal components using shears, brakes, and other fabrication tools as needed.
Install hangers, supports, and equipment following engineered plans and mechanical drawings.
Set rooftop units, VAV boxes, air handlers, and other HVAC equipment.
Seal ducts, test airflow, and ensure systems meet quality and performance standards.
Work with other trades to coordinate installations and avoid conflicts.
Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Train and assist apprentices or junior installers as needed.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience required.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, fabrication techniques, and installation standards.
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings to determine location of HVAC ductwork placement.
Assemble HVAC ductwork pieces for installation at the jobsite, as necessary.
Place hangers and supports for HVAC duct.
Proficiency with sheet metal tools (snips, brakes, plasma cutters, drills, etc.).
Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physical demanding tasks.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
HVAC Journeyman License is a plus.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours/week (overtime may be required during heavy season)
Start times vary by location. Typical workdays start at either 6:00am, 6:30am or 7:00am and ends at 2:30pm, 3:00pm or 3:30pm respectively.

What you will be doing
• Collaborate with Installation Project Manager to schedule product installation in coordination with equipment delivery, customer availability, and construction schedules.
• Prior to installation, verify rough-in dimensions and utilities are adequate to meet equipment specifications. Ensure doorways, elevators, and hallways are sufficient to allow equipment transport to installation site.
• Perform installation of STERIS products, including, but not limited to: uncrating; assembling; setting or lifting product into place; leveling; connecting utilities; and testing unit.
• Complete service documentation electronically.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction through post-installation activities to include disposal of all associated packing and shipping crate material, ensuring equipment is wiped down and fingerprints are removed, and addressing any questions/issues before leaving the site.
What you will need to be qualified for this position
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of recent mechanical experience in a construction or HVAC installation/repair field or Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or similar degree, plus 1+ year(s) of related mechanical experience.
• Plumbing and electrical experience strongly preferred.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
