Position is responsible for interacting with customers professionally and courteously, remotely or in person to review and discuss service order requirements. Persons in this position will be expected to: evaluate customers' service needs in addition to recognizing and suggesting additional/alternative services as appropriate. Position is responsible for training people in installing, repairing, and testing residential and small business telecommunication services and broadband products and services. Position Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation, delivery and pickup of rental equipment as needed
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of fabric structures
Travel to and from the jobsites as needed
Unload and carry equipment, materials, and supplies around the jobsite
Safely and properly use forklifts and man-baskets to construct and takedown of structures.
Must be able to properly install fabric structures and ensure functionality of the structure throughout the contract of the customer
Understand, identify, and use the proper hand tools for use on the jobsite
Possess proficiency in the operation of all-terrain scissor lifts, forklifts and man baskets

Understand construction practices and follow safety protocols diligently
Use tools and equipment effectively, requiring both technical skills and a commitment to safety. Attention to detail is critical, as installers must ensure that all materials are installed correctly and meet quality standards
Interpret Climatec's and other's drawings to productively install low-voltage security installations.
Support installation personnel on project sites
Assist as required troubleshooting efforts during either the static or dynamic start up or commissioning of low-voltage security and special systems.
Assist in preparing of As-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
Provide up-to-date As-built information as required including locations for sensors, panels, database, code, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of high school diploma.
2+ years' experience with Building Automation Systems and/or 2+ years of Commercial Electrical installations experience.
An understanding of basic computer operation.
An understanding of the construction industry including safety, electrical codes, etc.
Clear and concise ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
An ability to understand empathetically the issues and perceptions others have and to creatively and successfully work through these issues to achieve a successful outcome and customer and employee satisfaction.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
Have a valid driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years' experience with Building Automation Systems and/or 3+ years of Commercial Electrical installations experience.
A clear ability to work with electrical equipment such as volt meters, amp meters, etc.
The ability to troubleshoot basic electric circuitry including reading and interpreting electrical, control, and special system diagrams.
A working understanding of low and high voltage AC circuitry including transformers, fuses, breakers, multi-phase power, etc.

Essential Job Functions:
Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs+.
Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site.
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec's vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive a company vehicle.
Be physically able to kneel, stoop and crawl.
This role involves frequent work in outdoor settings, mechanical or equipment rooms, and potentially extreme weather conditions. Regular exposure includes live voltage, moving mechanical parts, heavy machinery, and wet or humid environments. Work may also involve elevated or precarious locations, exposure to airborne particles, fumes, electrical hazards, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme temperatures (hot or cold), and loud noise levels is to be expected.
Must have accurate color vision and maintain clear visual acuity to safely and effectively perform job responsibilities
