Job Description The Operations Flex position will be utilized in Field Service and the Production facility. This position will be coverage in the event of absentee or planned absences in the production facility and in the field. This position will help cover high volumes at peak times throughout the year. This position is expected to be flexible with start and end times of their shift. The Operations Flex Position will train in Field Services and 1 to 2 departments in the production facility (based on skill set). This position MUST be flexible with their schedule. There will be days when this position will be moved between Production and Field Services with no notice day of. There will be days when this position may be sent home for lack of work, although as a company we will do our best to mitigate those instances. Completes daily activities under the supervision of the lead installer; including installations, deliveries, and service calls. All field work must meet Lakeside Surfaces quality standards. While working in Field Service this position will work in the field as an assistant installer. While working in the Field, base hours will be Monday - Friday 7:00am - TBD (could be as late as 9:00PM) with the expectations of overtime as needed. In the production facility this position will work in areas as needed. This will include CNC department, Polish department, QC department, Shipping department or Backsplash department based on individual skills. While working in the production facility, base hours will be Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with the expectations of overtime and Saturday work as needed.
