As a result, we are looking for a passionate & motivated Installer to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated individual with cabinet or closet installation experience. While our products differ in many ways from cabinets, the installation process is very similar. Experience in this area is necessary but we will train you on our processes. We will provide a vehicle, tools and an install schedule. Most of our installs are in/around Knoxville, however some jobs may require travel as far as 2 hours. Installing for a company that owns the manufacturing portion locally is a game changer...should an issue arise, a new part is only a phone call away! Furthermore, if there ever is a last minute cancellation, you are always welcome to work in the shop to keep your income on track.

Eligible contractors will be required to have the appropriate license(s), pass a national background check, have a clean driving record, carry $500,000 general liability and commercial insurance, be able to haul between 2,000-15,000 lbs., and have the tools to complete an installation properly and efficiently. Installer must be reliable, be able to communicate, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability and willingness to travel is a plus.
Compensation:
This is an independent contractor relationship and compensation will be paid based on the size of each installed structure plus additional add-ons. Potential weekly earnings of $1.5K-$4k. Earn while you learn the Lawn Master Outdoor Living way of building our structures, and receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus payable after successful builds and 30 days. Weekly pay via check or direct deposit.

Perform Installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities on Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network infrastructure; PA Systems, Fire Alarm, and other PC based Systems.
How you will do it
Perform installation and verification activities on Security related equipment for large installations, including installing, testing and commissioning
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications
Complete “As Built” drawings upon the completion of the project
Complete reports for submission to customers and carry out system acceptance tests with AHJ's and other interested parties
Maintain up to date knowledge of various product lines
Consult with Clients to assess risk and to determine Security requirements
What we look for Required Must have working knowledge of equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, programming, and testing Experience supporting the implementation of analog, hybrid and IP CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, wireless, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems
Completion of Electronic Technician program or equivalent experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license; must be able to pass driving background check
Good communication skills and solid understanding of communication protocol
Excellent customer service
Preferred
Preference will be given to those who have IT standards and network topology experience
Must have working knowledge of local and national codes for inspection and test purposes
Demonstrated ability to program basic operations on micro-processor based systems without supervision
Proficient in the operation of computers and knowledgeable on MS operating systems (including Windows 2000 Server).
Ability to configure PC hardware and application programs
Computer Network Experience and Qualifications would be a strong asset to this position
Experience working in the construction industry and construction management
Experience in the design or design assist in low voltage applications is desirable
Understand technical system architecture
Strong troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of electronic test equipment
Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet.

We are seeking an experienced installer to join our team! Installers are highly skilled plumbers who serve our clients through expert, world-class installation of plumbing systems. Compensation: $25-$33/hour, depending on experience, plus time and a half overtime. Guaranteed 40 hours/week. Monthly bonuses based on performance.
Schedule: roughly 9-10 hours/day, Monday - Friday (no weekends!)
Responsibilities
Adhere to our 8-step installation process.
Review job prep sheets and equipment/materials with selling tech and Install Manager to ensure you have what is necessary to complete the job. Perform bucket blast in every home to record water pressure at the water heater and water heater age.
Ensure truck is properly stocked with items needed, including marketing materials, regular inventory, required tools, etc.
Strategize and delegate with apprentices to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Be working full speed within 60 minutes of arrival on jobsite.
Take all safety precautions by utilizing all proper safety tools/equipment while performing your work (including safe driving practices).
Inform install manager of job progression by 1:30PM every day. Follow appropriate communication touchpoints with the customer.
Complete installations within allocated time frames.
Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment.
Follow our anti S.L.A.C.K.E.R. process to avoid recalls and get the job done right the first time.
At the end of every job, explain all work that is done to the client completely with a thorough walkthrough and ensure they are 100% satisfied.
Ask for reviews and referrals on every completed job.
Attend and be actively engaged in company's training meetings and skill practice sessions.
Properly complete and turn in all required paperwork including work orders, returns, pictures, invoice summaries, purchase orders, etc.
