Inform install manager of job progression by 1:30PM every day. Follow appropriate communication touchpoints with the customer. Complete installations within allocated time frames. Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment. Follow our anti S.L.A.C.K.E.R. process to avoid recalls and get the job done right the first time. At the end of every job, explain all work that is done to the client completely with a thorough walkthrough and ensure they are 100% satisfied. Ask for reviews and referrals on every completed job. Attend and be actively engaged in company's training meetings and skill practice sessions.
