We are looking for experienced and entry level Install Technicians that are motivated, able to work independently, have excellent customer relation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot situations quickly and ensure quality of workmanship. Hours of the Install Technician role will vary and the position will require 100% travel from Monday to Friday. On the job training will be provided.

+ Performs the necessary technical services at customer sites for installation, and/or servicing of products.
+ Travel will be required.

+ Performs scheduled or emergency service on products at customer sites.

+ Trouble shoot and repair as possible.

+ Render on site and phone technical assistance to customers.

+ Capable of providing on-site training of products.

+ STIG welding may be required for service and installations.

+ Work with various departments to resolve technical issues: Engineering, Production, etc.

+ Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, etc.

+ Back-up functions for down-time will be in Assembly Department, assembling components.

+ Focuses on personal development within the required work schedules and parameters.

+ Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines. Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties.

+ Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.

+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

+ Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required. High School Diploma/GED required. Preference given to Technical School graduates, Automotive Techs, Fabricators, & Installers.

• 2+ years' experience in the Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Welding, Fabricator or Construction trades is preferred.

• Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work outdoors year-round.

• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License required.

Candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screen before beginning work.
