Job Responsibilities
Measures, marks, and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors
Uses various hand and power tools to securely install doors.
Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects with tools such as levels or framing squares; corrects problems as needed.
Adheres to local building and safety codes and guidelines.
Track progress through detailed end of day reporting
Coordinate with project manager and onsite customer contact(s) to ensure project completion and satisfaction are met.

Job DescriptionSalary:
The primary responsibilities of a wallcovering installer is measuring, cutting, and applying various types of wall coverings like paper, vinyl, murals, or fabric to interior walls and ceilings in commercial spaces, including preparing surfaces, mixing adhesives, and ensuring a smooth, professional finish by trimming excess material and maintaining precise alignment throughout the installation process; often requiring work at various heights using ladders and other tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Communicating with foreman and other workers to determine wallcovering requirements
Assembling scaffolding as required
Install wallpaper on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and columns
Measure and cut wallpaper to fit the area to be covered
Prepare surfaces for wallpaper installation by cleaning and smoothing out imperfections
Apply adhesive to the back of the wallpaper and hang it properly to ensure a seamless finish
Remove old wallpaper and prepare the surface for new wallpaper installation
Ensure that the installation area is kept clean and tidy throughout the installation process
Stay up-to-date on new wallpaper installation techniques and materials
Covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings as necessary
Proficient in wallpaper installation techniques and tools
Ability to accurately measure and cut wallpaper to fit walls
Knowledge of different types of wallpaper materials and their appropriate installation methods
Attention to detail and ability to ensure a flawless finish
Physical stamina and ability to work on ladders and in various positions for extended periods of time
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot installation challenges
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing job sites and schedules.
Following safeguards, rules and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
5+ years of wallcovering installation REQUIRED
Preference given to candidates with 2+ years of commercial painting or drywall finishing experience

******************************************** Pay Rate: $17.00-21.00/hour* The Commercial Installer Technician provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., grills, ovens, fryers, coolers, freezers). Description Primary Responsibilities:
Installs commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
Communicates effectively and professionally with customer(s) regarding repairs and status updates.
Communicate part order(s) with branch.
Documents task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with Heritage standards and adheres to all safety policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
One to Three years of installation experience of one of the following: commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers,
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening is required.
Valid Driver's License and Driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
Skills, Abilities and Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing background is a plus.
Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification not required, but would-be a plus.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Working / Environmental Conditions:
Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
Extensive daily travel to work site location.
Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.).
Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
