Independent Contractor Requirements: The independent contractor will install pre-cut custom pergola and pavilion kits to Lawn Master Outdoor Living designs and specifications in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Kits will be shipped from our production facility located south of Dallas, TX, to a holding facility in the New Orleans area where the installers will pick up the kits, transport them to the jobsite and install them. Eligible contractors will be required to have the appropriate license(s), pass a national background check, have a clean driving record, carry $500,000 general liability and commercial insurance, be able to haul between 2,000-15,000 lbs., and have the tools to complete an installation properly and efficiently. Installer must be reliable, be able to communicate, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability and willingness to travel is a plus. Compensation: This is an independent contractor relationship and compensation will be paid based on the size of each installed structure plus additional add-ons. Potential weekly earnings of $1.5K-$4k. We have an immediate need for an installer who is responsible for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * A Flex Resource Technician will be required to fill in as a Delivery Driver, Installer / Technician, and/or Depot Supervisor due to manpower shortages within the specified Districts or other Districts, as needed. * A Flex Resource Technician will be required to address and or report any depot compliance issues to their District Manager and/or District Safety Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A Flex Resource Technician will be required to fill in as a Delivery Driver, Installer / Technician, and/or Depot Supervisor due to manpower shortages within the specified Districts or other Districts, as needed. A Flex Resource Technician will be required to address and or report any depot compliance issues to their District Manager and/or District Safety Manager.
