Position Summary:
Responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Communicates with customers to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes products and services to customers. Trains other installers, performs install work on more difficult situations, and assists the Field Supervisor or General Manager on work audits, site supervision, and work planning. Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager to install HVAC equipment and accessories in the customer's home
• Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications. As needed, performs limited diagnostics.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
• Performs start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
• Delivers excellent customer service and sustains high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work
• Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being properly used, maintained, and accounted for • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner. Collects payment from customer
• Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns
• Responsible for keeping installation vehicle clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company's professional image
• Follows standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed. May be responsible for completing material requisition forms and related administrative activities.
• Assists the Field Supervisor or General Manager with site supervision, planning, and estimating
• Assists the Field Supervisor or General Manager with completing quality audits on selected installations to ensure superior performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Trains other installers in technical skills and company procedures, as assigned
• Performs similar/other duties as needed or assigned

· Reports any unsafe acts, conditions and hazards to direct supervisor/manager immediately
· Reports any contravention of legislation or company policy, procedure or program to direct supervisor/manager immediately
· Corrects substandard acts or conditions within area of control
· Uses and maintains appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)
· Never removes or renders ineffective any safety guards, devices, or clothing prescribed to be in place or worn
· Complies with the general rules as prescribed by company program(s) procedure(s)
· Operates devices or equipment as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s)
· Participates in any safety initiatives, teams, or committees
· Reports all injuries or incidents as prescribed by company program(s) or procedure(s) immediately
· Provides input on developing safety initiatives and plans to eliminate exposure that could cause accidents
· Does not perform any act that may endanger the safety or well-being of others
· Does not engage in any pranks, contests, or rough boisterous behavior
· Works in compliance with applicable legislative requirement
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5 plus years' experience in HVAC technical training certification required
· Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area
· EPA and safety certifications required
· Proficient in the fundamentals of the operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories
· Advanced skills at installing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories
· Proficient in the layout and installation requirements of duct work and duct fittings
· Advanced mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment
· Proficient and able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various installation projects
· Advanced skills at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment
· Proficient and able to properly start up and balance airflow and to properly align belts and pulleys on all systems with little to no supervision
· Advanced skills installing electronic air cleaners, refrigeration systems, hot water systems, steam boiler systems, humidifiers, and related equipment with little to no supervision
· Ability to calculate heat gain and loss on buildings using approved methods
· Effective communication skills to communicate with customer and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns
· Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills
· Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
· Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
· Ability to stand and walk and to climb ladders and attic stairs and to maneuver in attics, basements, and crawl spaces to access HVAC units. Ability to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
· Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas
· Ability to safely climb 300lb load capacity rated ladders with a 30lb tool belt
· Natural or corrected vision to see and focus for close, distance, peripheral vision with normal depth perception
· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds

SUMMARY
The Telecommunications Equipment Installer IV - Lead is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. This includes fiber, transport equipment and all critical infrastructures within a central office. This lead role will provide high-quality service in customer technical spaces including data centers, mobile telephone switch centers, central office wire centers, and designated enterprise spaces.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Overtime and Saturday may be required based on business need. Other duties may be assigned:
Physically place, remove, or modify working and non-working equipment including the following:
Install superstructure components in support of cabling systems such as auxiliary bars, threaded rods, cable racking, cable trays, wire basket systems, etc...
Cutting, filing, drilling, modifying infrastructure components and working with various tools such as bandsaw, hammer drill, jigsaw, ratchet/sockets, etc…
Installation of data equipment cabinets and frames, data servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, firewalls.
Making connections terminations to BDFBs and fuse panels.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route power cables to servers, switches, and other equipment, adhering to electrical safety standards.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route fiber optic and copper cables for high-speed data transmission, ensuring precise cable management and minimal signal loss
Set up and install power distribution units (PDUs), ensuring redundancy and proper load balancing to prevent power issues.
Conduct testing and document performance characteristics of hardware and software; determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing system.
Conduct fiber light meter, CAT5/6 and volt ohm meter testing to ensure proper levels, continuity, and termination points.
Perform advanced test and turn-up as well as other integration activities.
Resolve equipment and technical issues as they arise.
Read, analyze, and interpret detailed specifications and drawings, blueprints, schematics, and method of procedures (MOPs)
Perform quality validation on in-process and completed work.
Complete operations paperwork (e.g., expense reports, timesheets, job documentation, etc.) including daily job status reports as requested.
May oversee the work of less experienced installers; assume responsibility for the successful completion of installation projects.
Act as a customer contact; interface with customers and local supervisors regarding project status
Interact with all members of the organization including Installation, Engineering, Project Management
Perform other duties as requested.

Representative duties include:
Serving as a member of ad hoc Installation Department teams which are organized to conduct HVACR installation jobs in an efficient and timely manner.

The Telecommunications Equipment Installer III (Lead) is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. This includes fiber, transport equipment and all critical infrastructures within a central office. WERM Flooring Installer

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work from blueprints, sketches, drawings, sample parts and written/verbal work instructions to accurately measure and install WERM Flooring in trailers and on other trailer components using cutting tools, trowels, and adhesives
Measure and mix components of the flooring compound
Prepare the installation site ensuring it meets the necessary conditions for WERM Flooring installation, including priming the surface
Use cutting tools and equipment to achieve precise fits around corners, edges, and obstacles
Ensure proper adhesion and seam integrity during the installation process
Verify conformance of product with the appropriate specifications and standards from work order and drawings
Confer and collaborate with other WERM Installers, co-workers and/or supervisors to resolve any product or process problems
Float to other hardware or electrical areas and assists by installing D-rings, windows, pods, hayracks, lights, capping, tires/wheels, cutting out carpet, cleaning trailers, etc.
Adhere to and sustain lean manufacturing processes in order to maintain productivity requirements and a clean, safe work area
Float to other departments, at any time, as needed by the Company
Must follow all policies and procedures as directed by Cimarron Trailers
Ensure product meets Cimarron Trailers' quality standard and that product is completed within production deadline
Regular attendance is a critical function of this job
Perform all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Various WERM flooring materials and installation techniques
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16's of an inch
Must be able to read, understand and follow work orders accurately
Must possess the ability to work effectively with your team and other teams.
Must be familiar with product construction and application and provide quality work at the source.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Must be able to work on multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
Must be able to maintain regular work schedule to ensure product flow
Must be able to obtain Cimarron Trailer Tire and Wheel qualification
Concrete finishing and/or tile laying experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
Able to walk, stand and move about the facility for prolonged periods of time, including up to an entire 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime.
Able to climb stairs and climb in and out of trailers throughout the 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime.
Able to stoop, bend, twist, squat, crawl and kneel during the course of the day
Able to use hands and arms to repetitively grip, twist, squeeze and otherwise use tools such as drills, pneumatic and electric hand tools, scissors, box knives, screwdrivers and other hand tools throughout the 8 hour shift as well as any required overtime
Able to frequently and repetitively lift up to 40- 50 lbs. throughout shift and occasionally lift items up to 75 lbs. individually throughout the shift. Anything over 75 lbs. is team-lifted.
Able to safely and effectively handle necessary tools required to perform the essential functions of the position.
