Requirements: Previous experience in carpentry or installation preferred but not required. Use of hand tools such as screwdriver, drill, and table saw Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately.
