The compensation range for this position is $22.00-$23.50 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.

In this position, you will work as a part of one of our flooring install crews, filling a variety of roles as the job requires. General description of work will include floor prep using power equipment and manual tools, mixing and applying flooring products with accuracy and attention to detail, handling various polishing and grinding power equipment, cleanup at jobsites, general cleaning and maintenance of grinding and polishing equipment.
Our crews meet at our shop in Tea each morning and travel to jobsites from there. Jobsites are typically in the Sioux Falls area, occasionally some overnight travel is required (possibly 1-2 times per year). Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
Representatives are responsible for keeping their availability updated and accurate.
Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
Complete necessary forms /images/ surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site.
Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms/ client requests.
Conducting break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
Participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Contribute to the team's success by assisting other members as needed.
Adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Participate and complete training and certification programs.
Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/ workflows.
Available for weekend assignments as needed.

Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early morning hours are possible, and/or holidays based on store/client requirements. This role involves executing multiple job functions as agreed upon.

Qualifications:
Age / Eligibility
Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Availability
Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
Early morning and late-night availability as needed.

Physical Abilities
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height.
Safely lift and carry up to 60lbs.

Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience Preferred
Installation and merchandising experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tool usage.
Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
Technology
Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data.
Must be able to successfully navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
Training
Must complete all training assignments and tasks within a designated time frame.
Agents are expected to be able to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Transportation and Travel
Must have reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
Leadership & Communication:
Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to make sound decisions, show good judgment and problem-solve effectively.
Capable of working autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.

What your day-to-day as a Rigging Technician II at Fermilab will look like:
Work one mile underground on a rotating two-shift schedule (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week, including weekends). A shift differential is paid for second shift.
Execute rigging and lifting operations within the cleanroom and cryostat using small and large overhead cranes, chain hoists, winches, tuggers, and specialty lifting equipment.
Ensure secure attachment and movement of large detector components using approved lifting gear, spreader bars, slings, and custom fixtures.
Assist with the movement, installation, and positioning of critical infrastructure systems including electronics racks, cryogenic tanks, floor platforms, and cable trays.
Work at elevation using lifts or scaffolding while securing or aligning suspended loads and hardware.
Coordinate rigging activities with logistics, engineering, safety, and project leads.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Abide by and is responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and Laboratory policies, procedures, and practices.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
HS diploma (or technical certificate or equivalent) and 3+ years of rigging or mechanical experience in an industrial, construction, utility, or laboratory setting.
Must possess at least one of the following:
Recognized Rigging or Crane Operator Safety Training
Certified Rigger designation (e.g., NCCCO or equivalent)
Lineman Associate Degree from an accredited technical college
Advanced knowledge of mechanical and/or rigging concepts, including load control, lift safety, and equipment inspection.
Experience interpreting technical drawings and performing precise mechanical installations.
Demonstrated leadership in rigging environments with responsibility for safety and team coordination.
