Job Duties: * Lay 6" and 8" block, primarily at elevator fronts in 4-story buildings. * Follow plans for wall layout and bonding. * Maintain clean work areas; perform float finishing and pointing on top courses. * Work safely on 3' scaffolding built to OSHA standards. * Lift heavy materials consistently and assist with mortar mixing. * Operate power tools, including wet cut saws. * Occasionally drive company trucks and pull 16' trailers. * Work closely with masons to maximize productivity. * Ensure all work areas and company equipment are clean and maintained. * Follow all safety guidelines at all times. * Point, patch, and rub precast concrete elements. Work Environment: * Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. * Exposure to moving machinery, electrical hazards, and noisy environments. Physical Requirements: * Frequent standing, walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and bending. * Lifting and carrying 10-40 lbs; pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Experience & Qualifications: * Local to or willing to relocate to Lake, Sumter, or Orange County, FL. * Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; overtime available. * Full-time position with multiple job sites; local plant work available when not traveling. * Experience in commercial mid-rise masonry preferred. * Experience with precast concrete punch-out (point, patch, rub) a plus.
