We offer great pay and Benefits and Role and Responsibilities: • Installs new Heating and Air Conditioning systems and related accessories according to company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications. • Removes all old equipment from the customer's home and cleans up all areas utilized for the new installation. • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner. • Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs. • Supervise the installation team to ensure high quality and timely completions for all installations. • Maintains the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions. • Ensures material inventory and maintenance for vehicles is completed to company requirements. • Knowledge of pertinent rules and regulations, guidelines, safety orders, department operating procedures and safety regulations sufficient to ensure that work is performed in compliance with applicable law. • Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in the customer's home. • Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. • Obtains and processes all required permitting based on company, city, state, and county code requirements. • Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring “more than satisfied customers.” • Maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after completion of each job. • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving. • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
