The Enrollment Assistant provides exceptional administrative, technical, and enrollment support to staff, prospective, and current students-ensuring efficient processing and a welcoming environment for diverse, health-focused learners. Administrative & General Office Duties Maintain confidential office records and digital files according to compliance standards. Manage supplies, photocopying, and department correspondence. Prepare departmental forms, reports, meeting minutes, and communications. Support special projects or compliance audits as required. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and manage calendar arrangements for the enrollment team. Additional Duties Participate in the planning and delivery of new student orientation, with a focus on nursing program expectations. Description: The Student Navigator will be responsible for coordinating and conducting new student orientation, focused academic advising, and student support services to help students persist in their program of study. The Student Navigator is the “go-to” person to help students through the college experience by providing services that include, but are not limited to, orientation, student advisement, academic progress review (traditional, online, and hybrid), collaboration with faculty, and development and coordination of retention and attrition efforts for new and continuing students. The Student Navigator gathers statistical information and develops strategies to promote student satisfaction, persistence to graduation, job placement, and licensure. Essential Functions Coordinates new student orientation and monitors student progress through program completion by providing support as necessary. Develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with all college offices, departments, faculty, and staff to facilitate advisement, academic progress review, and implement innovative retention programs and services for new, at-risk, and enrolled students that attribute to persistence to graduation. Provides information and resources on targeted career and educational pathways. Coordinates and/or provides supportive services to students to support academic persistence and success. Monitors student attendance, performance, and academic progress in collaboration with faculty. Coordinates services with relevant college departments and community agencies; making referrals when necessary. Attends academic advising training, department, and division meetings when applicable. Solicits student feedback and experience with career services programs. Function as part of an early alert team to support college persistence and retention. Participates in opportunities to increase and share knowledge about the role of the student navigator to improve resources, strategies, and college policies and procedures. Remains abreast of new resources, technology, information, and student support strategies. Assists with on-campus testing in a proctoring or room monitoring position. Participates in the College Student Navigator peer group. Identifies opportunities that benefit the student. Gains insight into student needs. Purpose The Clinical Instructor provides direct supervision and instruction to nursing students during their clinical rotations in various patient care environments. This role ensures students develop practical skills, clinical judgment, and professional behaviors necessary for safe and effective patient care. Responsibilities Clinical Instruction & Supervision Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing students in clinical settings Demonstrate and teach best practices in nursing care Ensure student compliance with clinical site policies and procedures Provide timely, constructive feedback and document student performance Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment Curriculum Implementation Collaborate with academic leadership to deliver clinical objectives aligned with course outcomes Integrate evidence-based practices and current nursing standards into instruction Participate in the development and evaluation of clinical curriculum as needed Professional Communication & Collaboration Serve as a liaison between ICHS, clinical site staff, and students Maintain open, professional communication with faculty, administration, and clinical partners Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities Administrative Duties Complete accurate and timely documentation of student attendance, progress, and evaluations Report any student or site concerns to the appropriate academic leadership Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and accreditation standards Requirements: Qualifications Education / Experience / Knowledge Unencumbered Florida or Compact State RN License required Minimum 4 years clinical experience as an RN required Minimum of an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience in clinical instruction, preceptorship, or nursing education preferred Required Skills Strong clinical knowledge in nursing Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and foster student growth Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct Additional Requirements Must reside within commuting distance of Boynton Beach, Florida This is not a remote position; on-site presence at clinical locations is required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings as needed Additional Information:At no time may work be performed, or computer systems accessed, from outside of the U.S. Individuals hired must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
