Qualifications: Associate/Bachelor s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or related field preferred. High school diploma required. Prior experience working with young children in ABA, childcare, or closely related field. Must have strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to meet necessary timelines. Must maintain a consistent schedule. Kindergarten Paraprofessional $27.82 per hour, 7 hours paid per day, January 12, 2026 - February 27, 2026. The Full Day Kindergarten paraprofessional will assist, support, and work closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members in providing quality education instruction to students in a full day kindergarten classroom. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Actively participate in the educational program and help in classroom management, lesson planning, and recording of student data, as requested. * Facilitate students' travel from classroom activities and appointments by giving specific directions and monitoring independent travel. * Participate in staff and /or unit meetings as appropriate. * Monitor all activities to ensure the safety and well-being of students and inform the teacher of any problems, conflicts and/or issues. * Work cooperatively with administrative and nursing staff to ensure that program activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner. * Actively participate in program and professional development activities in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. * Work with students to implement program goals and objectives. * Maintain professional standards and practices.
