EDUCATION * High School Diploma or equivalency * 12 units of Early Childhood Development * First Aide Certification EXPERIENCE * 6 months to 1 year experience working with children in a group atmosphere. QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to take delegation of work assignments and to follow direction and works well with others. * Provide superior customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure conditions. * Meet the general needs and behaviors of the Indian children served. * Use correct English, grammar, spelling, punctuations and basic mathematics. * The operation of standard office equipment * Basic safety rules, habits and principles of first aid * Physical stamina is necessary for dealing with children and may require standing for several hours at a time.
