A two-year employment contract will be signed upon hire. If the employee chooses to leave before fulfilling the two-year commitment, funds will be reimbursed to the organization to cover CDA training, testing, and related costs (clawback provision).
Work Schedule:

The Instructor/Paraprofessional is responsible for assisting the Teacher in managing the classroom environment. They utilize the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidenced-based teaching methods to deliver direct instruction to students according to their Individual Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). Instructors collaborate with the Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, School Director, BCBA, and other school personnel to ensure student success. They actively participate in training (in house and community) and apply what is learned into the classroom.
Hours: Monday through Friday, either 8:25-4:15 or 9:00-3:50
Other responsibilities include the following:
Understanding and adhering to established policies and procedures, standards, and consistently interpreting and accurately performing all assigned responsibilities.
Maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
Demonstrating sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making.
Exemplary skills in self-management and communication.
Performing other duties as assigned.
