Classroom Assistant (CA) REPORTS TO: ECE Assistant Principal Bridges is seeking a passionate Classroom Assistant (CA) to support the whole classroom in our non-categorical self-contained special education classrooms and general education classrooms. AVAIALBLE HOURS * Monday - Friday (split schedule) SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Assists special needs students boarding and exiting school buses (occasionally lifting when necessary) * Assign students to seats and adjust safety traps * Observe students during transportation and react promptly to behavioral needs * Assist students during medical emergencies * Attend in-service training and workshops as established * Perform other duties as assigned.
