+ Support evidence gathering to support accreditation requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
+ U.S. Citizenship
+ Bachelor's Degree in InstructionalDesign or a related field
+ 2 years of relevant experience
+ **Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer your Public Trust clearance prior to beginning employment**
+ Familiarity or experience with federal law enforcement training and subject matter
+ Familiarity or experience with accredited training program requirements
+ The ability to coordinate and work effectively with subject matter experts and as part of an InstructionalDesign team
+ Experience developing instructor-led and web-based systems training for the federal Government
+ Demonstrated ability with word-processing and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word and PowerPoint) as well as web-based training and simulation tools
+ Demonstrated ability to present complex information clearly
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong presentation skills, facilitation, interpersonal and client interaction skills
+ Meticulous attention to detail
+ Proven experience as a team player
+ 10% travel may be required.
Additional desired experience and skills:
+ Experience designing and developing federal law enforcement training
+ Experience working on FLETA or other accredited courses
