As an Instructional Design Intern, you'll play a key role in supporting Mansfield's Learning & Development team to create impactful, engaging learning experiences. You'll collaborate with internal partners to design, evaluate, and refine programs that help employees grow and perform at their best. Through hands-on projects, you'll gain practical experience in instructional design, learning technologies, and adult learning principles as well as skills that translate to future careers in education, training, and Human Resources. Familiarity with adult learning, eLearning tools, or instructional media design is a plus, but not required.
