The Nursing Curriculum Developer is responsible for developing curriculum at the course level for both new and existing programs within the Education Affiliates (EA) Nursing Program. The Nursing Curriculum Developer facilitates and manages the process of program and curriculum development to produce quality online and residential courses. The Nursing Curriculum Developer is responsible for preparing courses and revising them to address specific nursing curriculum requirements. This includes integrating and aligning selected learning resources, products, and functionalities to support the effective delivery of nursing programs. The Nursing Curriculum Developer reports to the National Dean of Nursing to ensure that the nursing courses are well-designed and contain the appropriate instructional materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Designs and prepares courses that are fully aligned with and supportive of the approved nursing curriculum. Employs the technical and organizational skills to construct courses that provide the optimal learning experience.
Participates in the curriculum development process for updating/redesigning existing programs. Participates in Nursing Curriculum Committee meetings or Task Forces as assigned. Assists in developing, evaluating and modifying project plans for course development and revisions to support the Nursing Program Curriculum initiatives.
Manages the process of developing syllabi and instructional materials for each course assigned to him/her, including materials such as lesson plans, supporting materials, lecture notes, and project handouts, and formative and summative assessment instruments like quizzes, tests, and exams.
Works with the Director of Nursing Assessment, campus Deans of Nursing, and other members of the nursing team to verify the accuracy of all the course elements and reviews and makes any modifications that are determined, as necessary. Collects and evaluates feedback from the faculty and students about the courses and the learning experience.
Participates in reviewing academic materials, policies, and standards to ensure there is accurate, appropriate, and alignment with the program curriculum.
Maintains documentation and a repository of curriculum changes.
Participates in the operational, program, and curriculum standardization, maintenance, and continuous improvement processes of the organization's nursing programs.
Reviews and evaluates the curriculum revision requests that are submitted by the faculty and academic staff members and works with the National Dean of Nursing to determine the necessary actions to correct or modify curricular elements as appropriate.
Conducts quality assurance review after the courses are completed by the curriculum team to ensure that all course components for online delivery function correctly, continuously, and effectively for satisfactory instructor and student satisfaction.
Develops and updates the master textbook list for the nursing programs. Assists the National Dean of Nursing in verifying the textbook list with campuses and vendors.
Identifies, summarizes, and provides information on equipment, technology, and supplies needed to support the quality delivery of the nursing program curriculum
Assists in preparing curricular materials needed for submissions to the State regulatory, programmatic, and institutional accrediting bodies.
Performs other work-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing required; graduate level work in curriculum design recommended, doctorate preferred
Active, unencumbered nursing license
Strong instructionaldesign skills
Minimum of three years of experience in instructionaldesign, curriculum development, and/or program administration in the nursing education sector.
Ability to apply best practices to enhance user experience, including accessibility requirements
Ability to use performance data to make informed curriculum design decisions
Ability to establish effective relationships and collaborate with other staff at all levels of an organization
Ability to facilitate groups and meetings in person and remotely
Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in technology-driven document and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office suite, and web conferencing and cloud-based tools

* Experience with event planning, scheduling, and logistics is strongly preferred.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Mac OS is required.

The ProSidian Learning Innovation Design Consulting Team will submit all required deliverables, as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW), to The Client's COTR/Project Manager for review and approval. The Client will evaluate each deliverable to determine whether it meets the criteria established in this agreement and adheres to relevant procedures. Once a deliverable is reviewed and found to meet these standards, it will be deemed accepted.

The Client shall be responsible for providing escorts, coordinating access to facilities, and providing all The Client personnel required to support Consultants in the performance of their duties.

Position Overview
The Technical Course Developer plays a key role on the Platform Training Team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training programs for a diverse Department of Defense (DoD) audience including Range Engineers and other PCTE users that support the world's largest cyber range: the Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE). In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, creativity, and experience to gather, manage, and deliver instructional content. You will also recommend courseware solutions that align with customer needs and meet contractual content development requirements.
This position is located onsite at Fort Meade, MD.
Responsibilities
* Create, update, and maintain technical training materials, courses, and curriculum for PCTE users.
* Develop curriculum using multiple synchronous and asynchronous training modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and self-paced.
* Work closely with stakeholders, including government personnel and contractors, to gather requirements and ensure training materials align with mission and PCTE platform needs.
* Write clear and concise technical documentation that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Employ rapid and agile techniques and processes to create content for a frequently changing environment.
* Use a variety of tools and technologies to create and deliver technical documentation.
* Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to incorporate relevant training methodologies and tools into the training curriculum.
* Assess and evaluate course effectiveness through survey data analysis.
* Lead the development and implementation of new learning models and content design templates.
* Effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives from analysis to evaluation.
Required Experience/Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (InstructionalDesign, Education, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
* Strong knowledge of instructionaldesign principles and adult learning theories.
* Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise language for advanced and novice learners.
* Experience working with Information Technology and Cyber Related technical topics (e.g. hardware, software, networking concepts, networking protocols, OSI model etc.)
* A minimum of five (5) years' experience in training development, instructionaldesign, and delivery methods, preferably in a technical or IT-related field.
* Ability to incorporate user feedback and organizational assessment data into design improvements.
* Demonstrated experience with authoring learning objectives, assessments, and course surveys.
* Demonstrated experience with technical training concepts and delivery methods (online and in-residence), including facilitating and delivering courseware for live and self-paced trainings.
* Demonstrated experience of the ADDIE process.
* Knowledge of evaluation models, including Kirkpatrick.
* Familiarity with content development authoring and multimedia development tools/programs (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), course deployment and administration.
* Strong understanding of technical concepts.
* Excellent writing and communication skills.

Salary Range
Based on the roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $130,000.

Course Delivery Support:
Function as VAAA SCMS technologist representative for virtual instructor led training (VILT) or instructor led training (ILT) administration such as:
Prepare student materials within the Blackboard virtual classroom set-up as appropriate
Conduct course orientations to familiarize course participants with the Blackboard virtual classroom
Monitor and record participant attendance status at designated points throughout duration of the course
Perform basic technical troubleshooting as needed to assist instructors and course participants in navigating the virtual learning environment
Communicate with instructor and course participants to anticipate general and ad-hoc needs
Administrative and Curriculum Support:
Prepare course attendance reporting deliverables
Assist with preparation of official student correspondence
Assist with review/analysis of course feedback and management of course informational databases

Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform signal acquisition and collection with technical systems and platforms.
Operate, monitor, and adjust collection processing systems and equipment.
Manage the end-to-end data flow process for collection.
Identify target communications within the global network.
Apply Intelligence Community collection management processes and analyze signals and/or cryptographic data including analog signals in different domains (frequency or time) and signals from multiple telecommunications environments.
Use one or more collection systems used to optimize acquisition.
Apply radio frequency theory (e.g., radio wave propagation, antenna theory antenna usage) to collection-related requirements and actions.
Satellite communications and operations utilizing satellite systems such as SATCOM equipment and telemetry.
Gather and analyze information to identify relevant sources of data or information sought to be collected and subsequently selecting the best tools and methods available to achieve collection requirements.
Analyze analog signals in different domains (frequency or time) using appropriate tools (for example, spectrum analyzers, dual beam oscilloscope).
Take into account a particular audience, arranging and tailoring technical and other information and materials and then clearly communicating on the topic, in oral and written manner, to achieve required goals and outcomes.
Solicit and receive course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.
