Facilitates & trains on‐site and remote training to new hires and existing in all locations
Researches, develops, schedules, and delivers training for new initiatives, system projects, as well as new or revised processes, policies, procedures, and regulations
Collaborates with proper stakeholders on optimal design of programs and associated training deliverables to meet the identified training need
Manages development projects from inception to completion
Designs and develops training deliverables as dictated by the internal instructional design process using a range of courseware and media development tools

Collaborates with external media and design vendors to ensure quality and consistency of product and timely delivery of completed instructional media elements.

Remain current with and have a thorough understanding of the latest industry technology tools and trends in online education and instructional media

The Instructor for Gateway Programs is a passionate, motivated individual who loves to work with and teach youth, provides a great customer experience, and has a desire to grow in the climbing community.
