Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join one of our transportation/logistics clients as an InstructionalDesigner. This role is critical to accelerating development, rebranding, and packaging of training deliverables for a large project of theirs. You will focus on rapid visual buildouts, standards compliance (SCORM/xAPI), and quality assurance to meet executive timelines and reduce bottlenecks on the Learning & Development team. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a self-directed team environment.
-Design and develop training material, including identifying learning objectives and collaborating with stakeholders.
-Build training content for classroom, self-paced, and interactive e-learning formats.
-Create new hire training materials for front-line employees, including train-the-trainer guides, checklists, and skill practice assessments.

ABOUT PROGRAM:
We are seeking enthusiastic applicants for our Summer Camp Technology Teacher and Assistant positions!
Tech Academy teaches week-long technology classes. We offer Minecraft, Movie Making, Video Game Design, Legos, and Robotics classes for students ages 6-14.
Ideal applicants for Teacher positions are college students/graduates with experience with elementary-age children or licensed teachers. Ideal applicants for Assistant positions are tech-savvy college students or those qualified for the Lead Teacher position looking for a more relaxed role in the classroom. Many of our past employees were able to use our positions to satisfy internship requirements.
Classes run in-person at North Ridge Elementary School and Chavis Community Center, Monday-Friday, and you will need to be available from 8 am to 5 pm from June 16th to August 15th. .
Our headquarter location is in Roseville, Minnesota. We arrange to have the equipment mailed to you, and you will mail the equipment back to us (at our cost).
Training and Equipment:
Before teaching or assisting, teachers complete 15+ hours of online training on essential camp management and leadership skills and then complete a virtual 3+ hour employee orientation (done via Zoom). We provided all the equipment and curriculum needed to teach classes.
Pay:
Teachers: $15-$20 an hour
Assistants $10-$15 an hour
Prep and training: $7.25 an hour
