What You'll Do: Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, ensuring functionality across all campuses. Optimize LMS adoption and utilization of new features. Collaborate with CETL, ITS, and faculty to enhance teaching and learning through evidence-based design. Lead efforts to improve online course quality using Quality Matters standards. Assist with institutional assessments of student learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Design and develop course materials, including syllabi, assessments, and multimedia content. Create instructional graphics, videos, and presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, and Articulate Storyline. Support faculty with technical issues related to instructional materials and platforms. Document development processes and maintain accurate records of course projects. What You'll Need: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in higher education as an instructional designer. Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle). Experience with multimedia tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Canva, Articulate Storyline). Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, accessibility standards, and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
