Where You Come In:

KCF Technologiesis seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program . This 10-week, full-time paid program June 5 - August 11 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you and what your position is. With our w ork from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours for most of our roles!

Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 26 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!

Essential Functions:


Evaluate the range of tools available within KCF's Learning Management System Website including self-paced learning, instructor-led webinars, social learning features, etc. Develop strategies to most effectively relay necessary information to our customer learners, including having parallel paths for learners who thrive on different styles of learning or types of materials. Develop strategies for encouraging our customers to engage with the platform, with KCF, and with each other. Develop strategies for measuring the effectiveness of each piece of course content. Create standard templates to streamline the process of developing future course content and ensuring high quality.



Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Marketing, Business or similar in progress Interest in machine health or data analysis a plus Experience with remote learning platforms required (e.g. Adobe Captivate Prime, 360Learning, Docebo, Blackboard, etc.) Experience with webinar / conferencing technologies required (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, etc.) Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations Willingness to ask questions, take initiative and be resourceful and inventive Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization, customers, and stakeholders as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability present to executive level audiences Proven ability to deliver creative solutions to complicated problems
