Evaluate the effectiveness of training to continually improve content, structure, materials, and program delivery, including a review of your class evaluations. Produce eLearning modules using an authoring software such as: Articulate. Utilization of the ADDIE model to create learning and development courses and programs. Maintain accurate records and update content in Safety National's Learning Management System.
