This position is a member of the Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) team, who will serve licensed child care centers, licensed group child care homes, registered family child care homes, child care aides, and relative care providers in Clatsop, Tillamook, and Columbia counties by developing collaborative relationships with early childcare education (ECE) providers, community professionals, parents, and organizations in the community who also serve infants, young children, and families. This position will build relationships with early learning and care providers with the goal of reducing rates of suspension/expulsion from early care and education (ECE) settings, and more specifi cally, help reduce race disparities in the rates of suspension/expulsion. Therefore, this position will require a strong commitment to equity, anti-bias, and anti-racist practices. Notifies students who may be having problems in clinical performance of their deficits or problems in a timely and confidential manner and works with students to identify ways to improve their performance. 4. Coordinates and schedules work-based learning with clinical partners. 5. Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of the learning objectives, curriculum, policies and standards of the program. 6. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting performing venipuncture. Ability to: Ability to safely demonstrate, model, and instruct students using proper procedures and protocol. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with respect to diverse students, staff, agencies and community members; ability and willingness to work with non-traditional adult learners as well as teens; demonstrate experience or potential for innovation and creativity in both the classroom and related educational duties, including the use of new technologies such as online instruction; demonstrate a commitment to professional standards and growth.
