Learning And Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training to all levels of employees in classroom micro training type sessions using various forms of media and hands-on evaluation styles.
Create programs, handouts, courses, and other materials for subjects that need to be trained to employees.
Provide training to employees on systems, policies, and procedures of the department(s), and train existing employees on new information or procedures.
Facilitate learning programs, meetings, and events to transfer knowledge to employees within the organization.
Maintain records for accurate certification details of each employee's training levels.
Perform administrative duties on the Learning Management System, including, but not limited to: scheduling, tracking of instructor-led training, creating materials and videos, managing users, assigning training, reporting, and testing new content.
Co - design and develop learning content for gaps you observe that includes the use of media and technology to enhance participant experience and transfer of knowledge and skills.
Maintain instructor-led course materials. Ensure materials are properly stored and versioned on appropriate sites.
Prepare training schedules٫ classroom agendas, and training materials.
Support all instructor-led training for new and current employees and leaders.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
2+ years of previous teaching or training experience.
1+ year of project management experience.
