    We are partnering with a major pharmaceutical organization to identify a Senior Instructional Design Consultant to support its Marketing team in building a foundational learning curriculum for colleagues entering marketing roles without a formal marketing background. Over the past two years, the team has defined a comprehensive framework to ensure new associates develop the core capabilities required for success in marketing. The consultant will lead the design and development of three high-quality eLearning courses using Evolve, delivered through Percepio, and will also support the testing of additional courses within the platform. Scope of Work The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of the following courses: Innovation & New Product Curriculum Strategic Innovation Roadmap Definition Idea Generation & Design Thinking Go-to-Market Excellence Curriculum General Customer Journey Each course will be approximately 30 minutes in length and delivered as interactive eLearning. In addition, the consultant will: Test multiple existing courses within the Percepio LMS Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leverage existing documentation to develop all course content (no finalized content currently exists) Required Qualifications Senior-level Instructional Designer with a proven ability to work independently Hands-on experience designing and developing courses using Evolve Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end eLearning solutions Healthcare or life sciences industry experience preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to proactively engage SMEs Self-starter who requires minimal direction and manages work efficiently Tools & Technology Authoring Tool: Evolve (license provided) LMS: Percepio (testing and deployment) Equipment: Consultant must provide their own laptop AI Usage: Consultants may utilize AI tools in accordance with company policies Working Style & Expectations The ideal consultant is a seasoned Instructional Designer who can quickly ramp up, operate with minimal oversight, proactively seek information, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
