    eLearning/Multimedia Developer (Contract-to-Hire) We are working exclusively/closely with our client in identifying eLearning Developer to support their Instructional Designers by transforming content into polished deliverables. This role starts as a contract with the intention of conversion to FTE. Key Responsibilities: Develop eLearning deliverables from ID-provided content. Create engaging digital learning assets including eLearning modules, micro-videos, and quick reference guides (QRGs). Utilize tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, HeyGen, and other AI narration and video tools Support change management efforts by designing and executing change communications. Provide creative, graphical, and illustrative solutions to simplify complex concepts. Assist with communications deliverables and storytelling for technologies such as MS Office Suite and Veeva. Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, and internal stakeholders. Content will primarily be created by Instructional Designers before being handed off. Developer may occasionally source content from existing documentation, SME interviews, or internal resources.
